Singing Bowls

Quality Hand beaten metal Tibeatan Singing Bowl, produced
in Nepal,supplied with a softwood playing stick. To play sit
in a relaxed manner, place the bowl in the palm of your hand,
or for a large bowl rest it on a firm cushion, strike the
side of the bowl with the softwood stick. Let the sound ring
out. Listen with closed eyes. Start by experiencing the sound
as a whole. Once you are familiar with the sound you can begin
to listen analytically…
Another way of setting the tone in the singing bowls is to
rub the stickaround the outside rim of the bowl. A full singing
tone will be heard andwill steadily increase in volume. Once
the “singing” begins to ring out, continue for
a few moments then stop rubbing, close your eyes and listen
in a relaxed way.
Can be used in Meditation or Fen Shui.
