This Item is currently out of stock High Quality Hand beaten metal Tibetan Singing Bowl, produced in Nepal, supplied with a softwood playing stick. To play sit in a relaxed manner, place the bowl in the palm of your hand, or for a large bowl rest it on a firm cushion, strike the side of the bowl with the softwood stick. Let the sound ring out. Listen with closed eyes. Start by experiencing the sound as a whole. Once you are familiar with the sound you can begin to listen analytically… Another way of setting the tone in the singing bowls is to rub the stick around the outside rim of the bowl. A full singing tone will be heard and will steadily increase in volume. Once the “singing” begins to ring out, continue for a few moments then stop rubbing, close your eyes and listen in a relaxed way. Can be used in Meditation of Fen Shui. Size approx 120mm diameter.
